How do you know that the computer is connected to Wi-Fi? Does the network icon at the task bar shows it connected? Does internet work in the background? Are you able to install Windows updates? Have you checked Device Manger? Is there any yellow exclamation mark or red X there under network adapter? Follow the steps below: You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.
